Privacy policy
What this website collects about you, why, for how long, who receives it, and how to have it erased. In short: only what you send us, and no cookies. The French version is the reference.

What we collect, and why
Nothing beyond what follows: this website has no analytics, no advertising and no embedded map or video.
Your booking request, through the form
- What you fill in
- the pick-up place, the destination, the date, the time, the flight number, the number of passengers and pieces of luggage, the service, your name, your phone number and, if you give them, your email and your message; the address of the page you write from is sent with them.

- Where it goes
- Les demandes envoyées par le formulaire sont recueillies par Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., États-Unis), qui les stocke pour le compte de l'éditeur, et transmises par e-mail à l'éditeur et à Ozymandias Agency, son prestataire pour le site.
The ride
Les données d'une réservation (nom, téléphone, adresses de prise en charge et de destination, date et heure, nombre de passagers) servent à organiser la course et à la facturer. Base légale : l'exécution du contrat ou des mesures précontractuelles (article 6.1.b du RGPD).
Phone calls and emails
If you call 0625030320 or write to contact@driverletsgonice.com, we receive what you choose to tell us, with your number or address, and only use it to answer you and organise your ride.
The company’s Google rating
Every page loads a small script from Ozymandias Agency, served by Supabase, meant to show the company’s up-to-date Google rating. As with any web page, the server that delivers it receives your device’s IP address, your browser and the page viewed. The script stores nothing on your device and collects nothing else.
How long
Requests and the exchanges that follow them are kept, then deleted, as follows:

Who can see it
- the publisher, Thierry DIEZ, who answers you and organises the ride;
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website and stores the requests sent through the form;
- Ozymandias Agency, the website’s provider, which receives a copy of the requests;
- Supabase, which serves the Google rating script and only receives the technical data of the request.
No data is ever sold or passed on.
Transfers outside the European Union
Netlify, Inc. is an American company: the requests sent through the form are stored with it, in the United States.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data concerning you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use, to object to its processing, or to receive it in a reusable format.
To do so, write to contact@driverletsgonice.com.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. As checked on 28 October 2026, it sets no cookies at all, so there is no banner to put in your way.
When you send a request, your browser keeps a summary of it in its session storage (sessionStorage), so that the confirmation page can show it to you. It never leaves your device and is erased when you close the tab.
